Qualifying Requirements
(1) 1 year rental history with lease in your name or owned your own home. Exception – Full time students.
(2) Min. 1 year full-time employment or full time student.
(3) Monthly income 2.8 times the monthly rent or $75,000 cash or verifiable stock.
(4) Positive, established credit of applicant or guarantor. Can not have a pending, discharged, or finalized bankruptcy within the prior 3 years.
(5) Debt ratio not to exceed 45%.
(6) Guarantor accepted with additional security deposit and where applicant has acceptable credit.

Maximum 2 pets. Dogs/Cats only. Weight/breed restriction: Call for info on pet policy.
EXCEPTION: Larger breed 1 pet per apartment
NO dogs or cats under 18 months of age
No monthly rent
One time pet fee: $250.00 1st pet – $200.00 for second.
Pet Deposit: $400.00.
No reptiles or rodents.
Fish-Maximum one 25 gallon tank.
Birds- $100.00 fee, limit 2 (must be caged & kept indoors)
